2023 Oregon Robbins Reunion

The 2023 Oregon Robbins Reunion will be held on July 22nd, 2023, at Feyrer County Park just outside of Molalla, Oregon.  This is a one-off event, not part of a resumption of the previous yearly reunions, but will give those of us who attended the bicentennial reunion in Decatur County, Indiana, last year a chance to report on that reunion and allows Northwest family members – as well as any others who happen to be in the area – to come and visit and share family history.

Date: Saturday, July 22nd, 2023

Time: 10am to 5pm (flexible)

Location: Feyrer County Park, Molalla, Oregon

Welcome!

We welcome anyone descended from Jacob and Mary Robbins, through their children William, Absalom, James, Jacob II, Mary, Martha, and Margaret, as well as anyone else who would like to attend! We anticipate most attendees will be descendants of one of the seven families that emigrated to Oregon between 1845 and 1865 but everyone is welcome.

Food/Refreshments:

General potluck.

Family History:

There will be a lot of family history on display including materials we had at the 2022 Bicentennial Robbins Reunion in Indiana last summer. Also on display will be group photo taken at last years Robbins Reunion in Indiana.

Cemetery Visit:

Close to the park is the Adams Cemetery where Jacob and Sarah (Spilman) Robbins, children, and descendants are buried. We’d encourage you to make a visit.

Directions to the Reunion site:

The park is located about 3 miles east of Molalla on S. Feyrer Park Road.  From downtown Molalla take E. Main Street to E. Mathias Road, travel south on that road a couple of blocks, and then turn left, east, on S. Feyrer.  That road takes you to the park.  Picnic area #2 is where the reunion will be held.  Be aware that there is an $8 parking fee.

Molalla is about 15 miles east of I-5 at Woodburn or 16 miles south of 99E at Oregon City.

Group Picnic #2 will be the site of the Robbins reunion
